This particular lesson day K.C. was in a mood to have her own way. It was a great opportunity to work out some problems that don't often surface during lesson time. Like Bill Lower, Terri Jones agrees that K.C. is an over achiever and Willy just cannot keep up with the pace she sets. They are bending better each time we hitch up. My challenge now is to convince K.C. to back off and given a chance Willy can pull his share respectably. My personal homework is to remember to look past the horses to where we are going. I have been watching and correcting for the bend so long now I forget to look elsewhere. |
